About the Role We are seeking a proactive and organised Part-Time Rostering Coordinator to join our friendly team. This new role (20–25 hours per week) will work alongside our existing full-time rostering person to ensure our disability support services are always well-staffed and responsive to participant needs. The position is based at our Albury head office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update staff rosters using Shift Care, Astalty, or similar software
  • Ensure all shifts are filled and compliant with company policies and SCHADS Award requirements
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with staff, participants, and families about roster changes
  • Monitor attendance, record absences, and action roster change requests
  • Work closely with the office team to identify staffing needs and adjust schedules as required
  • Generate reports and analyse roster data for continuous improvement
  • Support the onboarding of new staff and provide backup for emergency coverage

About You

  • Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination (disability or community services preferred)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and rostering software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of SCHADS Award and relevant regulations (desirable)
