Dental Receptionist | My Implant Dentist

We’re looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team at Kallangur Dental Surgery. This is a Casual opportunity offering consistent weekday & Saturday shifts, long-term growth, full training, and a clear career path in the exciting world of cosmetic and implant dentistry.
About the Role
In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, responsible for:
Receptionist:
- Managing front desk operations
- Booking and coordinating appointments
- Handling phone and email enquiries
- Supporting patient care and education
- Collaborating with the clinical and management team
- Contributing to administrative and sales support tasks
You’ll be trained to deliver an exceptional patient experience while learning the ropes of dental administration in a fast-paced, professional environment.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

Well-presented and confident with a positive attitude

Detail-oriented and highly organised
- Proactive and eager to learn
- A genuine team player, able to work collaboratively
- Passionate about healthcare and cosmetic dentistry
- Eligible to work in Australia with any form of valid work rights
Experience in dental reception is ideal but not essential — full training will be provided. A Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting or Business Administration is a bonus but not required.
