We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our NEW Clinic in Sydney!
This is a Full-Time opportunity offering long-term growth, hands-on training, and a clear career pathway within the exciting field of cosmetic and implant dentistry.
About the Role
As a Dental Assistant, you’ll play a key role in creating a seamless, positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting dentists chairside during a variety of procedures
- Preparing, cleaning, and sterilising instruments to top-tier infection control standards
- Delivering professional, compassionate support to patients
- Setting up and maintaining treatment rooms and managing clinical supplies
- Contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic
You’ll also receive training in dental administration and patient care, gaining valuable skills in a fast-paced, professional environment.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for individuals who are willing to work autonomously:
- Friendly, confident, and professional in their communication
- Well-presented and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- Eager to learn and proactive in their approach
- Passionate about healthcare, patient care, and cosmetic dentistry
Previous experience in dental reception or assisting is preferred.
A Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting or Business Administration will be highly regarded.
