About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Port Melbourne on a full-time, Monday to Friday basis. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our warehouse operations efficient and organised. From receiving and documenting stock to preparing shipments for dispatch, you’ll be at the heart of our logistics process.
What You’ll Be Doing
Receiving incoming deliveries and unloading stock/pallets Documenting and reporting received stock to the Warehouse Manager Organising and managing return stock, including tour merchandise Counting stock and ensuring accuracy in inventory Preparing and splitting stock for tours based on split sheets Packing and dispatching orders, including pallets and loose boxes Keeping the warehouse tidy and well-organised Operating a walkie stacker (experience required) Supporting general warehouse tasks as needed What We’re Looking For
1-2 years of warehouse experience Passion for the music industry (bonus points if you love merch!) Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Current, full Australian drivers licence would be beneficialWhy Join Us?
