Be it our artists, our employees or our amazing contractors and partners who help us bring our amazing business to life, it has always been our people that make Mushroom different.
Founded in 1972 by a young Michael Gudinski, the Group began life with the formation of Mushroom Records and Mushroom Music Publishing. Five decades later, Mushroom is now spearheaded by Michael’s son Matt and incorporates international and domestic touring, booking agencies, artist and talent management, record labels, music publishing, merchandising, event curation and production, creative and marketing services, venues, film production and distribution and more.
Mushroom is a great place to work — not just because of the dynamic and creative environment, but because we genuinely care about our people. Alongside exciting perks like concert tickets, exclusive industry experiences, and partnership benefits, we also offer opportunities for ongoing professional development to help you grow in your career.
We also know that life can get a little overwhelming sometimes, which is why we provide access to a confidential and free Employee Assistance Program (EAP), available 24/7. Whether you’re facing personal challenges or work-related stress, support is just a phone call away.
And it doesn’t stop there — our team also enjoys a range of retail and dining discounts.
At Mushroom, we’re all about creating an environment where people feel supported, inspired, and empowered to do their best work.
