Our merch business Love Police ATM is on the hunt for a full-time Tour Coordinator who genuinely gets live music, not just as a fan, but as someone who understands what it takes behind the scenes to make tours run smoothly.
This role sits right at the heart of our touring and merch world. It’s part logistics brain, part problem solver. If you’ve worked on tours, supported artists on the road, or handled merch operations before, you’ll know exactly the pace we’re talking about.
You’ll be the steady pair of hands making sure the moving pieces actually move, coordinating tour logistics, supporting merchandise planning and sales, keeping suppliers and venues aligned, and generally being the person everyone’s relieved to have on the team.
If you enjoy the fast pace of touring life, love a spreadsheet almost as much as a sold out show, and want to work somewhere that truly lives and breathes music, you’ll feel right at home here.
What you’ll be doing
• Supporting the planning and delivery of live tours end to end
• Coordinating logistics across artists, venues, suppliers and partners
• Managing merch operations, including stock, forecasting, sales tracking and reporting
• Keeping timelines, budgets and admin on track
• Jumping in to solve problems quickly because touring rarely goes exactly to plan
• Being a reliable point of contact for artists and crew
What we’re looking for
• Experience working in live music, touring or events, this one’s essential
• Merchandising experience highly regarded, especially tour or venue merch
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
• Calm under pressure and happy juggling multiple priorities
• Practical, proactive and solutions focused
• A team player who’s happy to roll up their sleeves
Why you’ll love it
• Work closely with artists and tours you actually care about
• Be part of a small, passionate team who love what they do
• Variety, autonomy and zero corporate vibes
• The kind of role where no two days look the same
If you’re someone who sees touring and merch as a craft, not a stepping stone, and you want to build a career in live music operations, we’d love to hear from you.
