- Setting up new signings, deals, contracts and rate models in Record Maestro
- Maintaining vendor and client information across royalty systems, finance systems and the royalty portal

We’re after someone who is highly organised, proactive, and enjoys working with numbers and systems.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Great communication skills (written and verbal)
- A team-first mindset
- Strong planning and organisational ability
- Confidence working with systems and data
- A genuine interest in the music industry and how it works behind the scenes
You’ll need:
- Previous experience in an administration-based role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
Bonus points if you have:
- Knowledge of royalty accounting
- Experience using Record Maestro and/or SAP
- Experience in music, entertainment, media or a related industry
- Tertiary study in business, music industry, accounting or similar (completed or currently studying)
Why join us?
This is a rare chance to build a foundation career in royalties, finance and music operations, a space that’s critical to the industry.
You’ll be joining a supportive team, working with an incredible roster, and gaining hands-on experience in one of the most important (and often unseen) areas of the music business.
