The Role

As our Administration Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be responsible for:

Setting up and managing purchase orders with tour coordinators
Liaising with suppliers and ensuring timely orders
Managing product setups in our ordering system
Creating and maintaining a database of merchandise sellers
Collating daily sales and managing summary reports
Supporting document management and general admin tasks for the team
