Works Planner – Manufacturing Coordinator

Multotec Australia designs and manufactures mineral processing equipment used by major mining operations across Australia and internationally.

We are seeking a motivated Works Planner to join our growing Berrinba manufacturing team. This role sits at the heart of our operation, coordinating production, materials, purchasing and scheduling activities to ensure products are delivered safely, efficiently and on time.

Working closely with Production, Purchasing, Stores and Product Teams, you will:

• Develop and maintain production schedules across multiple manufacturing areas.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and planning initiatives.
• Monitor production progress and delivery commitments.
• Utilise JD Edwards (JDE), AppShare and reporting tools to manage workflow and production visibility.
• Assist with continuous improvement, automation and planning initiatives.
• Support inventory accuracy and material availability across the factory.

About You

You may currently be a:

• Production Planner
• Manufacturing Scheduler
• Supply Chain Planner
• Production Coordinator
• Materials Planner

To be successful you will have:

• Experience in manufacturing, production or supply chain planning.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• ERP experience (JDE highly regarded).
• Demonstrated ability to monitor production progress and manage delivery commitments.
• Advanced Excel skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
