About the role

Due to MPS’s continued growth, we are seeking an exceptional cleaner to join the team commencing in August in a casual capacity.

Responsibilities:

• Providing a high standard of cleaning in and around the facility
• Clean bathrooms/toilets, including restocking dispensers, cleaning and sanitising fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning doors and walls, sweeping and mopping floors
• Empty rubbish bins and replace liners
• Perform additional duties as required
• Preclean before camps, daily clean during camps and post camp cleaning

Key Details:

• Role starting August
• On-call Schedule
• Base rate + super
• Must have current Working with Children Check (or willing to apply) and valid Police Check

Skills and Experience

• Friendly and positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Ability to work on Weekdays and Weekends
• Cleaning experience
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail when cleaning
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Current Working with Children Card
• Sound understanding of Safe Chemical use, and OHS in the workplace preferred
