We’re hiring – Plan Management Officer (Full time)

Are you highly organised, detail‑driven, and motivated by making a positive impact in people’s lives? We’re looking for a Plan Management Officer who thrives in a role where compliance, accuracy, and client service come together to support meaningful outcomes.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of plan management—ensuring participants’ funds are managed responsibly while providing clear, respectful support that empowers choice and control.

What you’ll be doing

  • Processing and reconciling invoices accurately and on time
  • Managing budgets and monitoring plan expenditure
  • Supporting participants, providers, and internal teams with clear communication
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and policies
  • Maintaining high‑quality records and data integrity

Successful applicants must have

  • Minimum Certificate III in Accounts Administration or other financial Qualification
