Mpower is a well-established, accredited not-for-profit community-based organisation serving South West Victoria. Since our founding in 1975, we have evolved from a small voluntary service into a dynamic agency employing over 95 staff and supporting more than 1,200 families across the region.

The Role

We are seeking an organised and client-focused Administration Lead to join our team in a 12-month parental leave cover position.

This is a diverse and rewarding role that combines administration coordination, reception support, quality and compliance administration, and NDIS Plan Management administration. You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of Mpower’s administration functions while supporting high-quality service delivery across the organisation.

Working closely with the Manager Corporate Services and Engagement and the Coordinator Plan Management, you will coordinate reception services, provide support and guidance to administration staff, maintain administrative systems and processes, and provide administrative support to Mpower’s Plan Management service.


About You

You will be a motivated and highly organised administration professional with demonstrated experience in business administration, customer service or office coordination.

You will have:

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience working across multiple systems and databases
  • The ability to build positive relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders
  • Experience within community services, disability, health or not-for-profit organisations will be highly regarded
