What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll:
- Support members with home lending enquiries.
- Make lending concepts easy to understand through clear, warm and practical conversations.
- Manage lending applications end-to-end with accuracy, care and attention to detail.
- Build trusted relationships by taking the time to understand each member’s goals and needs.
- Help members confidently use digital banking and lending tools.
- Keep members updated throughout the lending journey with proactive, timely communication.
- Work towards lending targets while delivering an outstanding member experience.
- Maintain accurate records and notes to support quality outcomes and compliance.
- Collaborate with your team to deliver seamless and consistent service.
- Look for opportunities to improve processes and make the member experience even better.
About you
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have experience in lending, credit assessment or financial services.
- Understand home and/or consumer lending products and processes.
- Can explain financial concepts in a simple, human and reassuring way.
- Bring strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Take pride in getting the details right.
