Location: West Sunshine, VIC Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm

Mount Zero Olives is a proudly family-owned business committed to sustainable farming and premium Australian produce. Based in West Sunshine, we supply high-quality olives, olive oil, and pantry staples to some of Victoria’s best restaurants, retailers, and households.

We’re looking for a full-time Warehouse All-Rounder to join our small but mighty warehouse team. If you’re practical, proactive, and bring a positive attitude to work every day – this could be the perfect fit.

About the Role

This role is hands-on and varied. You’ll be responsible for keeping our warehouse running smoothly – from picking and packing orders to managing inventory and preparing delivery runs. We’re looking for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys physical work, and can jump between tasks with ease.

You’ll also be working closely with our delivery team, ensuring they hit the road with everything they need for a smooth and efficient day.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders for delivery vans, couriers, and postal services
• Assist with receiving stock and keeping accurate inventory records
• Load and unload vehicles (forklift use)
• Conduct regular stock rotation and weekly stocktakes
• Use inventory software (Cin7) to track and manage products
• Prepare delivery routing software (Routific) for daily runs
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organised

What We’re Looking For

• Full Drivers Licence
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
• Experience using Cin7 and Routific (preferred but not essential)
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg
• Reliable, organised, and a strong communicator
• A team player who can also work independently
• Enthusiastic, positive, and ready to pitch in wherever needed
