Not every HR Manager changes an organisation.
Some simply keep it running.
At Mosaic Multicultural Connections, we’re looking for
someone who wants to build something bigger.
Someone who believes Human Resources isn’t about policies.
It’s about people.
It’s about creating a workplace where talented people choose
to stay, leaders feel supported, culture is intentional, and every employee
understands the difference they make.
Because when our people thrive…
Our communities do too.
This is your opportunity to shape the future of an
organisation.
Reporting directly to our Chief Executive Officer, you’ll
become the strategic leader of Human Resources across Mosaic.
This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your days processing
paperwork.
You’ll be trusted to influence organisational direction,
partner with senior leaders, coach managers, strengthen culture, develop
capability and build a workforce ready for the future.
You’ll have a seat at the table.
You’ll have a voice.
And you’ll have the opportunity to leave an organisational
legacy.
Who are we?
Mosaic Multicultural Connections is one of regional NSW’s
leading multicultural community organisations.
Every day our people support older Australians to remain
independent.
Help newly arrived families settle into their new
communities.
Strengthen families.
Support people experiencing vulnerability.
Create opportunities for inclusion.
Advocate for people who need a voice.
Everything we do starts with people.
That’s why we’re investing in ours.
What you’ll actually be doing
Forget the endless HR buzzwords.
Here’s what success looks like.
In your first few months you’ll…
✔ Build trusted relationships with our CEO and leadership team.
✔ Understand what makes Mosaic unique.
✔ Identify opportunities to strengthen our people practices.
✔ Coach leaders through complex workforce challenges.
✔Support a positive, engaged workplace culture.
✔Bring fresh thinking and contemporary HR practices.
As your impact grows, you’ll help shape:
• Workforce Strategy

• Leadership Capability
• Employee Relations
• Workforce Planning
• Recruitment & Retention
• Performance & Culture
• WHS Governance
• Continuous Improvement
You’ll also lead our Workforce Development, WHS and
Administration teams while partnering across every part of the organisation.
We’re looking for someone who…
Has enough experience to know the legislation…
…but enough wisdom to know people come first.
You’ll probably have:
✔Significant senior HR leadership experience
✔Strong employment and industrial relations knowledge
✔Experience coaching leaders through difficult conversations
✔Confidence influencing executives
✔A strategic mindset
✔A practical approach
✔A genuine desire to build great workplaces
If you’ve worked in community services, aged care or the
not-for-profit sector, that’s fantastic.
If you haven’t—but you love purpose-driven
organisations—we’d still love to hear from you.
Why you’ll love working here
Because you’ll have the opportunity to influence.
Not just advise.
You’ll be joining an organisation that’s evolving and
investing in its people.
You’ll work alongside passionate leaders who genuinely care
about the communities they serve.
You’ll have the freedom to bring ideas.
Challenge thinking.
Create better ways of working.
And see the impact of your work every single day.
This role is for you if…
You smile when someone says:
“Can we pick your brain?”
You enjoy solving problems that don’t have obvious answers.
You believe culture isn’t a poster on a wall.
You love developing leaders.
You don’t wait for change—
You create it.
If this sounds like you…
We’d love to hear your story.
