We’re looking for a Technology Adoption and Change Trainer to join our TACT team in Brisbane. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of how Morgans implements and embeds new technology across the business — designing and delivering training programs, facilitating coaching sessions, and acting as the bridge between our technical teams and the people who use the tools every day.
What you will be doing
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to various teams and departments, enabling seamless technology adoption
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and create customised learning content that addresses organisational goals
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions that translate complex systems into clear, practical knowledge
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback to continuously refine content and delivery
- Serve as the liaison between technical teams and end-users, making complex concepts accessible and actionable
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support to ensure sustained technology usage and proficiency
- Work closely with our Information Technology department to align system developments with broader organisational objectives
What you will bring
- A background in financial services and/or experience in training or capability development highly regarded
- Proficiency across Microsoft 365 tools, with experience or interest in AI-powered features such as Microsoft Copilot
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with learners of all levels
- Ability to design training content that is clear, engaging, and suited to a variety of learning styles
- Ability to work with our Information Technology team to provide user feedback and assist in direction of system developments.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address challenges during the adoption process
- A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn and confidently communicate new systems
