The Opportunity

Are you ready to embark on an exciting opportunity as an Institutional Team Administator? We’re on the lookout for a proactive individual to provide vital support to our Institutional team and ensure the smooth functioning of our dealing room operations.

What you will be doing

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to institutional dealers and sales staff
  • Support the team with client onboarding, documentation, and record maintenance
  • Daily monitoring and management of settlement related issues (Pre & Post Market)
  • Maintain accurate client data and assist with CRM updates
  • Act as a central point of contact for general queries and team support requirements
  • End to end placement and IPO bookings and settlement
  • Support a team of 12 Institutional advisers
  • Servicing HNW clients
  • Answering Phones
  • Invoices
  • Diary Management
  • Back up to Corporate Access Team

What you will bring

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Exceptional organisation, time management, problem solving and attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Ability to build rapport with people at all levels across the business
  • Excellent MS Word and Excel skills
  • Exposure to institutional markets or stockbroking is advantageous but not essential
