The Opportunity

Due to exciting internal movements, we’re looking for a HR Business Partner to join our team on a 12–13 month fixed-term contract. Reporting into the Chief People Officer, you will join a warm and friendly team who support each other and take pride in what they do.
What you’ll be doing
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll make a meaningful contribution from day one.
Partnering closely with leaders and teams, you’ll deliver practical, people-focused HR support across a diverse and engaging portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include
- Coaching and supporting leaders through performance management processes and a broad range of employee-related matters
- Supporting employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution and case management
- Contributing to talent development, succession planning and performance management initiatives
- Supporting annual and cyclical HR processes such as award rate reviews, performance reviews, WGEA reporting and the annual employee engagement survey
- Overseeing HR analytics and reporting, using insights and data to support the CPO in driving HR strategy
- Managing end-to-end recruitment, partnering with leaders to fill vacancies
What you’ll bring
This opportunity will suit a collaborative, team-oriented and driven HR professional who enjoys being a true generalist, thrives on variety, and is energised by making things happen.
You will also bring
- A qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Proven experience operating in a true HR Adviser/ BP role within a professional services environment
- A strong understanding of the current Industrial Relations landscape
- End-to-end recruitment and workforce planning experience
- Exposure to people projects across the full employee lifecycle
- Highly developed interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of the Financial Services industry (advantageous)
