The Opportunity

Join the Morgans Retail Equities team as a Guest Services Administrator! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for all Morgans’ clients and provide high quality customer service both in person and over the phone to internal and external clients.

What you will be doing

  • Welcome clients, potential clients and visitors to the office
  • Answer the telephone, answer queries (where possible), re-direct calls to Morgans staff members and Branches
  • Ensure the Reception area is professionally maintained
  • Assist with meeting room bookings
  • Assist the Dealers Assistants in the Brisbane Dealing Room with administration requests where required
  • Ensure the Corporate kitchen area is kept well maintained and monitor, order and replace consumables when required
  • Provide support to Reception Manager when required

  • Strong typing accuracy and speed
  • Excellent computer skills, with the ability and willingness to learn internal systems
  • Ability to remain calm and professional whilst working within a busy environment
  • Maintain an appropriate standard of dress and appearance to reflect the professional and corporate image of Morgans
