We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our practice, working across both our clinic and local schools. This is a diverse and rewarding role supporting clients of all ages with communication, language, literacy, social skills, fluency, voice, and swallowing needs. In this role, you will: – Provide high-quality assessment and therapy to clients across the lifespan. – Deliver services in our clinic, local schools, and community settings. – Create personalised therapy plans based on evidence-based practice. – Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary professionals. – Prepare professional assessment reports and maintain clinical documentation. – Support AAC use where appropriate (e.g., communication apps and devices). – Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and professional development. – This is a flexible role where you can shape your caseload to match your strengths and interests.
