Location: Homebush, New South Wales

Clients are located all over Sydney including:

• Bankstown
• Parramatta
• Homebush
• Cabramatta
• Roselands

Applicants must be willing to drive to these areas and surrounding suburbs as required.

The Role

Join a well-coordinated care team supporting long-term NDIS participants who require young and friendly female support workers to assist in person-centred care. You’ll provide a mix of:

• Community access support
• Emotional support and companionship
• Personal care
• Domestic assistance and community access
• Following strict guidelines outlined in care plan

Note: Due to participant preferences and nature of personal care involved in this role, we are seeking applications from female support workers.

You’ll be great in this role if you are/have

• Empathetic, energetic and comfortable supporting an active lifestyle.
• NSW Driver Licence and your own insured vehicle
• Current Checks: NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check, National Police Check, First Aid & CPR
• Reliable availability in areas all across Sydney

Highly regarded

• Experience supporting clients with autism and mental health needs
• Confidence with care plans, incident reporting and team communication
