Location: Point Clare, NSW, 2250.
*Some shifts may also be available in nearby suburbs including San Remo (2262) and Elermore Vale (2282), so ability to travel to surrounding areas is preferred*

About the Role
You will work directly with female NDIS participants who require support that enhances their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.
Note: Due to participant preferences and nature of personal care involved in this role, we are seeking applications from female support workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Domestic support (light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
- Community access and transport to appointments or activities
- Social and emotional support
- Personal Care
- Assisting with daily routines and goal-based activities
- Following care plans and working collaboratively with families and allied health professionals
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in disability, aged care, or community support (preferred)
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
- Commitment to promoting client dignity and independence
Essential Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR Certification (current)
- Valid NSW Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Australian working rights
