Part-Time B2B Onboarding Specialist

Help bring our trade partnerships to life at Miss Amara

If you love building relationships and have a passion for interiors, this could be the role for you.

As our B2B Onboarding Specialist, you’ll guide interior designers, architects, and retail partners from their first interaction through to their first purchase, creating a seamless onboarding experience while helping grow Miss Amara’s thriving trade community.

This is a 25-hour per week hybrid role, with 4 days working from home and 1 day based at our Miss Amara Office/Distribution Centre.

About the Role

As a B2B Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial growth, managing the full client journey, from initial onboarding through to their first purchase. You will focus on proactively converting leads into active members, speaking their design language, and ensuring our trade partners feel confident and supported. You’ll help us deliver the best experience possible, all while upholding our values of We Care, Be Transparent, FTLA (Fast Test Learn Adapt), Keep It Simple, and Best in Class.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the onboarding journey: Guide clients step-by-step, ensuring they feel confident, informed, and excited about partnering with Miss Amara to elevate their projects and spaces.
  • Data migration expert: Handle the finer details of client data and account setup with precision, ensuring accuracy and a smooth transition.
  • Phone-savvy superstar: Build trust and rapport with clients over the phone, addressing their needs, speaking their design language, and solving challenges as they arise.
  • Training guru: Deliver tailored sessions on our platforms and processes, helping clients master the tools they need to succeed.
  • Collaborative problem-solver: Work closely with the Trade team, as well as Operations and Customer Experience (CX), to ensure seamless handoffs and a stellar client experience.
  • Logistics & Samples: Once per week, support the distribution of samples to key clients from the warehouse.

What will help you succeed

You’ll likely bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales, preferably within interiors, homewares, furniture, or a related industry.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A genuine passion for interior design, styling, and creating beautiful spaces.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging clients at every stage of the sales journey.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence outcomes while building long-term partnerships.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and explaining processes clearly to clients.
  • Experience using tools such as Google Workspace, Shopify, and Monday.com (or similar CRM/project management platforms).
  • A customer-first mindset with a drive to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
