Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing global procurement and supply chain strategies that support business growth, operational efficiency, and long-term objectives.
  • Leading and optimising end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, sourcing, inventory management, logistics, and supplier performance.
  • Managing and strengthening relationships with domestic and international suppliers through strategic sourcing, vendor evaluation, contract negotiations, and performance management.
  • Driving demand planning and inventory optimisation to balance customer service levels, product availability, and working capital requirements across global operations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Production, Project Delivery, and Warehousing to ensure seamless supply chain execution and business alignment.
  • Championing continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives through data-driven decision-making, KPI management, process enhancements, and supply chain best practices.

About You:

  • Extensive experience in senior supply chain, procurement, or operations leadership roles within complex global organisations.
  • Proven expertise managing end-to-end procurement functions and international supply chains across multiple regions and markets.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with demonstrated success in contract management, supplier partnerships, and cost optimisation initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of international sourcing, logistics, customs regulations, trade compliance, and overseas supplier management.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organisation.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Business, or a related discipline, with ERP system experience and postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
