About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Performance Executive to lead the execution and continuous optimisation of Minetek’s global marketing initiatives. This role is focused on driving qualified B2B lead generation, increasing brand visibility, and delivering measurable pipeline growth across our portfolio of industrial brands. Working closely with Sales and Business Development, you will leverage data, marketing technology, and performance insights to develop high-impact campaigns that translate marketing activity into tangible commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate qualified B2B leads, drive pipeline growth, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Owning and optimising the end-to-end marketing automation and lead management process through HubSpot, including lead scoring, nurture campaigns, customer journeys, and performance reporting.
  • Leveraging data, analytics, and performance insights to improve campaign effectiveness, increase conversion rates, and maximise return on marketing investment.
  • Partnering closely with Sales and Business Development to align marketing strategies, enhance lead handover processes, and create impactful sales enablement content.
  • Leading marketing operations by managing execution roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring campaigns and projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Building and mentoring a high-performing marketing team while driving innovation through AI-powered tools, continuous improvement, and best-practice marketing processes.

About You:

  • Extensive experience in B2B marketing, with a strong background in demand generation, digital marketing, or marketing performance.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering measurable marketing outcomes, including lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution.
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot and marketing automation, with a solid understanding of CRM, lead nurturing, and campaign analytics.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to use data and insights to drive informed marketing decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and influence at all levels.
  • A proactive, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces innovation, including the use of AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness.
