About the Role

As the Customer Relationship Manager at Minetek, you will manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts. Build strong, long-term client partnerships, understand operational needs on-site, and identify opportunities to deliver value through tailored solutions.

This role is based in North Sydney with regular travel required, including site visits to industrial locations. You will act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service while driving revenue growth across your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across existing and target accounts
  • Conduct regular site visits to understand customer operations, needs, and challenges
  • Identify and grow opportunities within accounts to increase revenue, share of wallet, and margins
  • Deliver account reviews with insights, cost-saving initiatives, and new solution opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Manage territory, maintain CRM records, and proactively drive new business opportunities (with regular travel required)

About You

  • Proven experience in B2B account management, client relationship, or business development 
  • Experience working with or selling into industrial sectors (e.g. mining, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing) 
  • Exposure to site-based or project-based industries (e.g. mining, energy, heavy equipment) is highly desirable 
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills 
  • Ability to understand technical products/services and translate them into client value 
  • Commercially driven with experience growing accounts and managing pipelines 
  • Willingness to travel regularly and visit client sites
