We deliver comprehensive solutions to Tier 1 clients, including bulk dozer push, coal quality and recovery, crushing, civil works, and rehabilitation services. With our Head Office in Beresfield, NSW, a fully equipped workshop in Muswellbrook, NSW, and an additional office in Queensland, we maintain a strong presence across all major sites in the Hunter region.

As we continue to grow our NSW Maintenance Operations, we are seeking an experienced Rebuilds Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the management of our assets.

About the Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, the role will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day execution of repairs and rebuilds within the workshop
  • Planning and coordinating rebuild scopes for mining equipment and components
  • Developing daily execution plans and managing workshop priorities
  • Leading and supervising a team of approximately 8 fitters and trades personnel
  • Develop rebuild schedules and track execution, labour utilisation, and cost control
  • Ensuring all rebuilds are completed to required mine specification scope and company quality standards
  • Driving accountability, workmanship, and safe work practices
  • Working closely with suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop environment
  • Maintaining strong safety leadership and compliance with site and workshop procedures

About You

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • 10 years’ experience in the mining maintenance, heavy equipment rebuilds or workshop supervision
  • Proven experience managing tradesmen with a strong leadership style and be execution driven
  • Sound understanding of rebuild scopes, component change outs and mining equipment
  • Experience scheduling scope of works, labour allocation and commercial awareness managing cost control
  • Ability to read and understand mine specifications, rebuild standards and compliance requirements
  • Trade qualified plant mechanic or mechanical fitter with experience on CAT, Hitachi and Liebherr equipment
