Stemming Truck Operator | Multi-skilled Operator

We deliver comprehensive solutions to Tier 1 clients, including bulk dozer push, coal quality and recovery, crushing, civil works, and rehabilitation services. With our Head Office in Beresfield, NSW, a fully equipped workshop in Muswellbrook, NSW, and an additional office in Queensland, we maintain a strong presence across all major sites across the East Coast.

We are currently hiring a stemming truck operators and multi-skilled operators to join our site-based team.

The Role

• Work across our stemming and mobile crushing operations on site
• Operating stemming trucks to accurately place stemming material in blast holes
• Working closely with the drill and blast teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Conducting pre-starts and basic maintenance on equipment
• Following safety protocols and mine site procedures
• Operate additional ancillary equipment when required

About You

• Current NSW Security Clearance (Unsupervised Handling License – UHL)
• Previous experience operating stemming trucks or mobile plant equipment
• HR or HC Driver’s License (Not required but highly desirable)
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
