Multi skilled Operator | Mobile Crushing

About Us

MiNECO are a national mining and equipment services business with assets across NSW & QLD. We provide mining solutions to tier 1 companies including bulk dozer push, coal quality & recovery, crushing, civil works and land & rehabilitation services. Based in Beresfield with a fully equipped workshop in Muswellbrook and assets across major Hunter region sites. We are currently hiring a multi-skilled operator to join our crushing project at MTW.

The Role

• Operate mobile crushing and screening plant including crusher, screen, loaders, and excavator
• Feed and maintain consistent material flow through the crushing and screening circuit
• Conduct pre-start inspections, shutdown checks, and basic maintenance on mobile plant and equipment
• Following safety protocols and mine site procedures
• Operate additional ancillary equipment when required
• 5/4 Lifestyle Roster | Rotating Day and Night Shift

About You

• Demonstarted experience working with Mobile Crushing and screening plants in a quarry or mining environment
• Proven competency operating loaders, excavators/diggers, crushers, and screening equipment
• Current RII qualifications and/or Verification of Competencies (VOC’s) for relevant mobile plant equipment
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, safe operating practices, and achieving production targets
