Location: Moorabbin Airport, in Melbourne’s South-East
Full Time, Permanent
Microflite Group is seeking an experienced ICT Systems and Security Manager to lead our technology
environment while driving the ongoing maturity of our cybersecurity capability. This is a rare opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise in a business where technology, security and operational resilience are critical to success.
Reporting to the Chief Executive and working closely with the Chief Security Officer, you’ll lead our ICT function, oversee enterprise infrastructure, and act as the organisation’s Head of Information Security, ensuring our systems remain secure, compliant and ready to support a growing aviation group.
Why Microflite Group?
Microflite Group brings together three distinct aviation businesses – Microflite Aviation, Airlines of Tasmania, and Cambridge Airport, under a single group model united by shared purpose, strong capability, and clear alignment. Together, these businesses form a connected aviation group with a strong commitment to safety, excellence, and working better together.
Professionalism, safety, and people sit at the core of everything we do, and we are proud of the diversity of our operations, believing we are stronger because of our differences, not despite them. Working at Microflite Group means being part of an organisation that values expertise, encourages accountability, and recognises the importance of every role in delivering safe, reliable outcomes.
