Barista

The Role:

We’re looking for a capable, experienced barista who can handle high-volume service while maintaining specialty standards. You’ll be dialing in espresso, preparing batch brew, and helping create a welcoming space for our local community.

Hours:

20–25 hours per week to start, with potential to grow.

Must be available at least one weekend day.

What You’ll Do:

Dial in and serve a range of specialty coffees, including espresso and batch brew.

Work efficiently during high-volume periods without compromising quality.

Deliver friendly, genuine customer service.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace.

Support the team and help build a strong community vibe.

About You:

Minimum 1 year specialty coffee experience (high-volume preferred).

Confident on espresso machines and grinders, and comfortable adjusting recipes.

Skilled in preparing batch brew and other filter methods.

Calm under pressure, proactive, and reliable.

Passionate about coffee and connecting with the community.

Available for at least one weekend day each week.
