About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist to join our team in Metung, Victoria. This part-time, permanent role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in the travel and tourism industry. As a Spa Therapist, you will provide exceptional spa treatments and services, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our guests. Your role is vital in enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting our spa offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Administer a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment rooms and spa facilities.
- Assist in promoting spa services and products to guests.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance service offerings.
- Handle client bookings and manage appointment schedules efficiently.
Qualifications:
- A relevant qualification in beauty therapy or massage therapy is preferred but not essential.
- Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment is an advantage, though entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A passion for wellness and customer service.
