ABOUT THE ROLE
The eCommerce Studio Manager is a pivotal role within MESHKI’s creative ecosystem, responsible for owning the end-to-end planning, execution and delivery of our eCommerce content production. Sitting within the Content team and reporting to the Content Manager, you’ll ensure our imagery pipeline runs with precision, commercial awareness and strong cross-functional alignment.
This is a role for a highly organised, quality-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and understands that great eCommerce content is both a creative and commercial asset.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Owning the eCommerce shoot schedule end-to-end developing and maintaining a forward-looking critical path that keeps the studio ahead of product launches and commercial priorities
- Setting and upholding quality standards for all studio output, ensuring every asset that leaves the studio is on-brand and fit for purpose
- Providing on-the-ground leadership on shoot days; ensuring the shoot team is set up to meet KPIs and have a successful shoot day
- Collaborating closely with MESHKI’s creative leadership to ensure all eCommerce content is produced in line with the broader content strategy and art direction
- Overseeing the post-production process, tracking assets through retouching and ensuring final files are delivered accurately and on time
- Partnering with Buying & Product, Web and Visual Merchandising teams to keep everyone aligned on imagery status, delivery timelines and production changes
- Proactively managing reshoot requests and minimising avoidable re-shoots through rigorous upfront planning and quality control
- Owning, tracking and reconciling the eCommerce studio budget, flagging risks and identifying opportunities to optimise spend
- Building, documenting and continuously improving studio workflows so processes are consistently followed and operationally sound
- Using sales, conversion and content performance data to feed insights back into shoot planning and improve the commercial impact of studio output
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
- Proven experience managing eCommerce content production in a fast-paced, high-volume studio or creative environment
- A strong eye for quality and brand consistency, with the ability to hold a high standard across every stage of the production process
- Excellent production planning skills — you’re comfortable owning a critical path, managing competing priorities and keeping a team on track
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to provide clear direction, structured feedback and day-to-day support to a studio team
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with creative, product and website teams
- Confidence managing budgets – tracking spend, identifying inefficiencies and proactively raising risks with leadership
- A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to stay composed, adaptable and decisive when priorities shift or challenges arise
- Experience with post-production workflows, including asset management, retouching handover and delivery processes
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how eCommerce content connects to conversion, sell-through and broader business performance
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach, you take initiative, follow through and hold yourself accountable to results
