The Opportunity
As our Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant Platform 818, leading a team of supervisors, team leaders, and attendants to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will be hands-on on the floor, setting the tone for service, driving performance, and ensuring RSA and licensing compliance across all outlets.
This role is ideal for an experienced F&B supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment and enjoys coaching and developing a high-performing team.
What you’ll be doing
You will take a hands-on approach providing outstanding à la carte service and creating exceptional guest experiences, driving team performance, and ensuring RSA and licensing compliance across all outlets.
- Leading daily F&B operations in Platform 818 to maintain high and consistent service and presentation standards
- Ensuring RSA compliance and adherence to all liquor licensing regulations, cash handling, and billing accuracy
- Liaise with marketing team to promote the Restaurant
- Recruit, manage, train, develop and inspire a team of hospitality superstars
- Conducting regular stock takes and controlling food and beverage costs to minimise waste and loss
- Be knowledgeable of and operate within appropriate restaurant and hotel liquor licensing guidelines, house management policies & food safety standards
- Supporting training, inductions, and maintaining strong food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
What you’ll bring
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in hotel food and beverage operations
- Strong product knowledge across beverages, menus, and service standards
- Confidence with point-of-sale and hotel management systems
- Proven ability to manage budgets, teams, and operational outcomes
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest relations skills
