What You’ll Do:
Based primarily in the morning, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional Breakfast Service that exceeds client and guest expectations.
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the front‑of‑house team to deliver outstanding service across all Food & Beverage outlets
- Be the welcoming face of our hotel, delighting guests with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
- Approach challenges with calm, creativity, and a solutions‑focused mindset — no two days are the same
- Oversee the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the Breakfast Service, ensuring consistency and efficiency
- Onboard, coach, and develop team members, sharing your knowledge generously to help them grow
- Get hands‑on when needed — from making coffees to restocking breakfast items or clearing tables, you support the team wherever required
- Bring the Accor Heartist spirit to life in every interaction, delivering on our brand promise with genuine care
What we are looking for:
- Prior experience in Food & Beverage
service (café, bar, restaurant, room service, events etc.)
- Hold a valid RSA – essential
- Passion for the hospitality industry and providing exceptional service experience to our guest
- A team-player, ready to jump in and assist wherever needed
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving and adaptable to different situations
- Someone who can lead by example, as well as positively influence and motivate the team
- Has their NSW RSA
- Full-Time work rights in Australia
