We’re now looking for a hands-on Conference and Event Supervisor who thrives in creating memorable guest moments, leads by example, and brings energy and consistency to every shift. What You’ll Do

  • Based primarily in the evening, you will focus on exceeding client and guest expectations
  • Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service across all Food & Beverage Outlets
  • Be the face of our hotel, delighting clients and guests with your confidence and professionalism
  • Solve problems with calm and creativity — every day is different, and you’re ready for anything
  • Support the day-to-day running of events & outlets, liaise with other departments, and maintain operational efficiency
  • Onboard, coach, and develop team members to be their best — sharing your knowledge generously
  • Get hands on – manual handling, moving C+E furniture & doing room setups –we need someone ready to roll up their sleeves and jump right in

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Food & Beverage, with leadership experience is a big plus
  • A natural leader who uplifts, energises and supports others
  • A strong communicator with great people skills and a calm, solution-focused mindset
  • Someone who leads by doing — consistent, reliable, and guest-focused
  • Has their NSW RSA
  • Has Full-Time work rights in Australia
