We’re looking for a Paid Media Executive with around 1+ years’ experience who’s ready to build their skills, take greater ownership and learn from some of the industry’s best.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working alongside experienced Paid Media Managers and Strategists, you’ll help plan, build and optimise campaigns across a diverse client portfolio.

You’ll:

  • Launch and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results
  • Analyse campaign data and turn insights into meaningful recommendations
  • Manage campaign budgets and pacing
  • Assist with reporting and client presentations
  • Stay across emerging platforms, trends and best practice
  • Collaborate with specialists across SEO, Creative and Digital Experience

Every campaign is an opportunity to learn, test and improve.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll likely bring:

  • Around 1+ years’ experience in Paid Media or Digital Marketing
  • Experience using Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Working knowledge of GA4
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Confidence working with numbers and performance data
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine curiosity to keep learning

Experience with Programmatic or Supermetrics would be highly regarded, but isn’t essential.
