We’re looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our team and help deliver large-scale website transformation and digital experience projects for some of our most important clients.
This is an opportunity to work across complex digital ecosystems, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and play a key role in delivering meaningful outcomes for nationally recognised organisations.

About the Role
Working closely with our Head of Delivery, Digital Experience team, Strategists and technical specialists, you’ll take ownership of digital projects from discovery through to launch.
Around half of your time will be dedicated to supporting a major client, embedded within their digital marketing team and helping drive a significant website transformation program. The remainder will be spent delivering projects across Frank’s broader client portfolio.
You’ll be responsible for balancing scope, timelines, budgets, resources and stakeholder expectations while ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading end-to-end delivery of complex website and digital experience projects
- Running discovery, planning and requirements workshops with clients and stakeholders
- Translating business needs into clear project requirements and delivery plans
- Managing project schedules, budgets, resources and forecasts
- Building trusted relationships with clients and becoming a key delivery partner
- Managing risks, dependencies and project governance
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams across strategy, UX, design and development
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, delivery approaches and client outcomes
- Preparing project documentation, change requests and proposals
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
What We’re Looking For
You’ll likely bring:
- 4+ years’ experience in digital project management or digital delivery
- Experience delivering website, CMS or digital transformation projects
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Excellent planning, communication and organisational capabilities
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines and resources
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar project management platforms
Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Contentful, Storyblok, Adobe Experience Manager or Sitecore will be highly regarded.
