About the Role
As a Process Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our manufacturing operation, helping transform premium ingredients into products trusted by thousands of Australians every day.
Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you’ll ensure our production processes run safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role, offering plenty of opportunities to learn, contribute and grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating manufacturing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitoring production processes to ensure quality and performance targets are achieved
- Conducting routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Maintaining production supplies and materials to keep operations running smoothly
- Meeting daily production schedules and deadlines
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, productivity and efficiency
- Working closely with team members across production and quality teams
- Maintaining a clean, safe and compliant work environment
- Following all health, safety and quality procedures
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, proactive and
takes pride in their work. You don’t need to tick every box to apply.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, process operation or packaging environment
(2+ years preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic mathematical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with ERP systems (advantageous)
- A Forklift Licence (desirable but not essential)
