Solicitor – Litigation and Insolvency

Mellor Olsson is seeking a Solicitor with approximately 12–18 months’ post‑admission experience to join our Litigation and Insolvency team in Adelaide. This role is ideal for a lawyer looking to build a strong foundation in litigation within a supportive and diverse practice.

About the role

You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on a range of litigation and insolvency matters, including:

• Assisting on commercial disputes and insolvency matters
• Drafting correspondence, pleadings, and court documents
• Legal research and preparation of advice
• Exposure to court work and client interaction under supervision

About you

You will have:

• 12–18 months’ post‑admission experience
• Admission to practise in South Australia
• Previous litigation experience
• Good drafting and communication skills
• A proactive and professional approach
