Junior Project Manager

We are seeking a recent graduate to join our team in Epping on a fixed term contract (12 months and likely to extend). This entry-level position is crucial for supporting the successful delivery of Operational projects. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring that timelines and budgets are adhered to, while gaining valuable experience in the site engineering, asset management, site health and safety compliance, logistics and procurement. While working under the guidance of senior executives and leadership.

While our site operates 24/7, the general start time for this full time role can vary from 4am to 8am – This role will be ideal for a motivated graduate who thrives in a fast-paced, early-start environment.

About the Role:

• Assist in the planning and execution of Operations projects (ranging from market infrastructure, health and safety, asset management, procurement and so on) from inception to completion.
• Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues impacting tenants, logistics and site access.
• Assist and contribute to traffic, waste and environmental management initiatives
• Support facilities and asset management to ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure effective communication.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to the Chief Operating or Project owner.
• Help prepare project proposals and presentations for stakeholders.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has a positive “can-do” attitude and highly motivated and attention to detail to maintain high standards
• A relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or related discipline
• No prior experience is required, but any exposure to infrastructure, construction facilities, asset management or project coordination would be advantageous
• Experience using project or asset systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar) is desirable
• Knowledge of HSEQ frameworks and compliance environments
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
