Logistics Coordinator

Reporting to: Production Managers – Hubs, Senior Production Manager

Position Type: Seasonal Fixed Term 37-Day Contract

Full-time from September 10 to October 30

Salary: $67,000 per annum pro rata + superannuation

Location: Carlton and all festival sites as required in Metro Melbourne and Ballarat

Position Purpose

To coordinate the day-to-day delivery of production logistics for the

festival.

Role Summary

The Logistics Coordinator is a seasonal fixed-term employee who focuses on the logistics for the delivery of the Melbourne Fringe Festival.

The primary focus of the Logistics Coordinator is to assist the Production

Managers with coordination of all temporary assets required for the set

up and the daily running of all venues within the Melbourne Fringe.

The role will include pre-production logistics, team-based bump-in and

bump-out duties and daily operational activities. Bump-in and bump-out

activities will consist of setting up venues and sites.
