We’re on the lookout for a Relationship and Development Specialist who’s passionate about connecting with people, driving member growth, and creating standout experiences.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Driving member acquisition and retention through smart, strategic engagement
  • Building lasting relationships with key stakeholders across healthcare and education
  • Delivering high-quality service that makes every member feel valued
  • Presenting at events and tailor messaging to diverse audiences
  • Traveling regularly to connect, collaborate, and represent MIPS with pride at a variety of different events, conferences and professional days.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous success as a team player within business development, client relationship or account management positions ideally in the healthcare or financial services industry.
  • Ability to execute business development plans and opportunities to achieve new business targets utilising CRM systems.
  • Superior listening, sales and communication skills, both in-person and virtually.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present and engage with in-person external audiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of applications (Outlook email, calendar, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams), CRM systems and video conferencing
  • You’ll be continuous learner with the ability to remain abreast of the constantly changing business development environment.
