Executive Leadership Position
Greensaver is a wholesale business entity within the Medcan Group, one of Australia’s leading medicinal cannabis organisations. Driven by innovation, accountability, compassion and quality, we’re entering an exciting phase of growth and are seeking an experienced General Manager or an accomplished National Sales Manager ready to take the next step into executive leadership.
Reporting to the CEO and as a member of the Executive Team, you’ll lead five direct reports across Sales, Marketing and Customer Service while driving commercial performance, operational excellence and an engaged, high-performing culture.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy to drive sustainable growth
- Lead high-performing teams across sales, customer service and commercial operations.
- Grow market share and strengthen customer relationships.
- Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement.
- Oversee procurement, inventory and supplier performance.
- Deliver strong financial outcomes through effective planning, budgeting and cost management.
- Build an engaged, accountable and customer-focused culture.
About You – Selection Criteria
You’re an experienced commercial leader who enjoys both strategy and execution. You know how to grow revenue, improve profitability and optimise operations, but equally importantly, you know how to bring people with you and build a ‘I want to be here’ culture.
You’ll likely bring:
- Proven commercial leadership and business growth experience within a wholesale regulated business, pharmaceutical is highly desired.
- Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience across sales, operations, procurement or supply chain.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset.
- A genuine commitment to safety, compliance and ethical business practices.
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Operations or a related discipline is highly regarded.
