Working with a small but growing team, you’ll take ownership of scope, schedules and developing defensible technical solutions that help our clients move forward with confidence.

Your impact in role

  • Own Mineral Resource estimation, from interpretation to defensible models. 
  • Audit and assure outputs. Deliver high-quality, compliant reports aligned with JORC and relevant industry standards. 
  • Mentor and uplift developing geologists, driving technical excellence and best practice. 
  • Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders across mine planning and production. 
  • Manage scope, schedules and workflows to ensure delivery on time and within budget. 
  • Build lasting client relationships, support proposals / tenders. Help us secure repeat work and new clients.  

About You

  • 6+ years’ experience in mining/exploration geology, geological modelling and resource estimation.
  • Sound working knowledge of JORC and ASX reporting requirements. (NI 43-101 well-regarded but not essential)
  • Experience across multiple commodities.
  • Proficiency with industry software (e.g. Leapfrog, Vulcan, Surpac, Supervisor).
  • Communication and report-writing style to influence and align stakeholders, and decision-making.
  • Current and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
