Summary:

As a sales Manager in the automotive industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction in our Morningside location. This permanent, full-time position requires a dynamic individual who can lead a team, develop strategic sales plans, and foster strong relationships with clients. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our business objectives and market presence in Australia.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales consultants to reach their full potential
  • Build a positive, energetic and accountable team culture
  • Grow finance, insurance and aftercare uptake across every vehicle sale.
  • Be the leader and show sales team how to sell maximum units
  • Collaborate with the finance, service and leadership teams to meet business objectives.
  • Track KPIs and lead conversion to capitalise on every opportunity
  • Champion a customer-first mindset across the entire sales journey
  • Uphold showroom presentation and brand standards.
  • Keep the showroom running professionally and efficiently every day.
  • Step in to support deal structuring and customer negotiations when needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven automotive sales leadership experience is essential
  • Strong understanding of finance, aftercare products, and dealership profitability.
  • A demonstrated ability to drive both sales volume and gross performance.
