Regulatory & Quality Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory & Quality Associate to join our Supply Chain function within the Regulatory and Compliance team. In this role, you will support the regulatory and quality
requirements across a portfolio of Health and Beauty products, while working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to help ensure specifications, approvals, reporting and compliance activities are managed effectively.

Where You Will Work
You’ll be based at our new Sydney CBD head office.
What You’ll Do
· Manage the regulatory aspects of Health and Beauty products across the Manicare, Glam, Swisspers, Revitanail and Maseur brand portfolios.
· Coordinate with our Hong Kong-based Quality team to ensure specifications and quality standards are developed and in place.
· Review and approve artwork and labels.
· Manage portfolio change controls end to end.
· Review consumer advertising, promotional, e-commerce and education materials and provide claims support
· Prepare monthly quality reporting, including external complaint reporting.
· Conduct new batch checks and releases of health products.
· Manage Quality investigations.
· Provide support to the Quality & Regulatory team as required.
· Work closely with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Product Development, Procurement/Supply and Education team members
· Liaise with external stakeholders including CMOs, third-party service providers, and regulatory agencies such as the TGA, ACCC and AQIS.

· Knowledge of regulatory compliance, particularly relating to general consumer goods and electrical products.
