About the role
You will be a valued, key member of a dynamic, national commercial disputes and insolvency team led by four (4) partners who are widely regarded as technically excellent litigators, master strategists and generous, supportive mentors.
You will work for a range of ASX listed corporations, large SME’s, well-known brands and government clients. You will be involved in large scale, multi-party litigation together with high value, politically sensitive matters which require carefully crafted holistic approaches to dispute resolution. This role with suit a Senior Associate who is looking to capitalise on their career successes to date and to grow again professionally. You will work closely with the Principals to contribute meaningfully to business development initiatives, client strategy and to the ongoing growth of the energetic practice.
About you
You will thrive in this role if you are self-motivated, have a high level of attention to detail, display initiative and possess strong time-management and multi-tasking skills.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years’ post admission experience in a high-performing commercial litigation team working on a variety of complex matters
- Excellent communication skills
- A high level of technical excellence.
- Advanced problem solving skills and a pragmatic, commercial approach to work.
- A passion to develop and maintain meaningful client relationships.
