About the role:
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Single Giving Manager to lead our Single Giving programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading the single giving strategy and calendar of programs with the aim of growing revenue, retention and building an engaged supporter base across appeals, In Tribute and Mid Value Donors
- Collaborating with Internal stakeholders to deliver the implementation of single giving programs, with key responsibility for fundraising strategy, audience selection, data, tracking
- Briefing and training the Supporter Care Team on Single Giving activities, enabling excellence in Supporter care
- Ensuring supporter records are accurate and up to date within our CRM environment
- Helping create supporter journeys for all supporters (new, retained, In Mem etc.), refining to improve supporter retention and engagement
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least five years’ experience leading Single Giving programs, including Appeals
- Be self-motivated and collaborative
- The ability to perform under pressure, balancing a number of priorities
- Effective stakeholder management skills
- The ability to think creatively and critically
- A results orientation and be outcomes focused
