About the Role

MCA Engineering is seeking experienced Concrete Remediators to join our team for a 12–18 month surface project. In this role, you will carry out a range of concrete repair and remediation works, including surface preparation, patching, crack repairs and the application of repair products and protective coatings. You will work safely as part of a team to deliver high-quality outcomes across mining and industrial sites.

Starting indicative pay rates (under Enterprise Agreement) from $50–$60 per hour, depending on skills, experience and qualifications.

About You

• Current driver’s licence with no restrictions
• Relevant qualifications and tickets
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in concrete remediation or a similar role
• Gunite spray back experience
• Experience with concrete repairs, patching, crack injection, epoxy systems, surface preparation and remedial works
• Experience using hand and power tools relevant to concrete remediation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Mining experience is advantageous
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A testing
• Additional tickets and experience that would be highly regarded include Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, EWP, Rigging, Dogging, Franna Non Slew, HR Licence
